All orders placed are FINAL. Returns or exchanges are NOT accepted on any arrangement. Changes to flower arrangement suit colors can be made up to 24 hours after making the sales transaction. All changes must be made via email info@chifleurs.com with the the Subject as “Color Change”. Please include your full name, phone number, and order number used to make the sales transaction.

• Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed in order to ensure prompt delivery. During peak sales times such as holidays, your order may take longer to process.
• All transactions are only available for customers in the United States.
• All dates given during checkout are guaranteed delivery within the Chicagoland area. 
• All pre-orders have a 24-hour cancellation period. Please email info@chifleurs.com to cancel your order with the subject “Pre-order Cancellation” as well as your full name, phone number, and sales transaction.
